This was a quick weekend getaway with my husband Jordan! We flew from NYC which was so cheap and fast!

Lincoln's Waffle Shop

Lincoln's Waffle Shop, 10th Street Northwest, Washington, DC, United States

The best waffles!! If you get there early there shouldn't be a line. We waited on line for at least 20 minutes but it was worth it.

Georgetown

Georgetown, Washington, DC, United States

You cannot go to D.C without stopping here! It is an upscale area with tons of cute little shops. M Street is where all the stores are located.

Old Ebbitt Grill

Old Ebbitt Grill, 15th Street Northwest, Washington, DC, United States

This restaurant has been in business since 1856 and is one of the oldest restaurants in D.C! They have spacious green velvet booths and they are open until 3am.

National Museum of American History

National Museum of American History, Constitution Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC, United States

I absolutely loved this museum! There are so many museums to see while in D.C so I highly recommend this one. They have Dorothy's original red slippers and tons of other special items from throughout American history.

Lincoln Memorial

Lincoln Memorial, Washington, DC, United States

This is a must see attraction in D.C. and is super impressive.

POV Roof Top Bar

POV, 15th Street Northwest, Washington, DC, United States

Roof top bar located at the W hotel. Expect NYC drink prices and a really great view of The Washington Memorial! The sunset is also beautiful from here.
