I went to Toronto for my birthday this year with a bunch of my best friends and had a blast! Included are things to do for groups especially if you don't want to break the bank.

One King West

One King West Hotel & Residence, King Street West, Toronto, ON, Canada

Great hotel and can't get a better location - the red line metro is literally right outside the door and al the major street cars and buses pass through the area. Also walking distance to Yonge Street and the Entertainment District. Itinerary is LGBT friendly.

Tour Guys Ghost Tour

Newmarket Old Town Hall, Toronto Metropolitan Area, Newmarket, ON, Canada

We booked a free group tour through Tour Guys for a walking tour throughout the city of Toronto visiting the alleged haunted spots. It was really cool, took 2 hours, and also a great way to see different parts of the city.

Playa Cabana

Playa Cabana Cantina, Dundas Street West, Toronto, ON, Canada

Awesome hidden gem in The Annex - we had great Mexican food and margaritas.

Brunch

Hey Lucy, King Street West, Toronto, ON, Canada

Solid brunch spot and not expensive at all. Right by the Entertainment District and across from the Tiff theater so lots to do in the neighborhood after and very walkable.

Vintage Shopping

Black Market Clothing, Queen Street West, Toronto, ON, Canada

Queen Street West has awesome shopping especially for vintage stuff and Black Market is by far the best - it's a huge cavernous space with tons of cheap vintage finds - I got a pair of legit Ray Bans there for $10.

Brunch Again!!

House on Parliament, Parliament Street, Toronto, ON, Canada

We didn't get a ton of time to explore Cabbagetown but had a great brunch at this spot that had an amazing egg Poutine dish

Kensington Market

Kensington Market, Toronto, ON, Canada

Really cool enclosed market where you can go for breakfast, coffee, shopping, everything - definitely worth checking out!

Graffiti Alley

Graffiti Alley, Toronto, ON, Canada

A must see!! Miles and miles of awesome awesome graffiti on Queen West in the side streets.

Woody's

Woody's, Church Street, Toronto, ON, Canada

Super fun gay bar in Church and Wellesley! Connected to Sailor's next door which is also a great time

Drag Night!

Crews and Tangos, Church Street, Toronto, ON, Canada

#1 bar for drag shows and great dancing upstairs

Rocket Bus from Airport

Toronto Pearson International Airport, Silver Dart Drive, Mississauga, ON, Canada

Cheapest and fastest way to get to downtown Toronto. A cab will be ridiculously expensive. Follow signs to buses and buy a ticket for about $1.50 Canadian and get on the #29 rocket bus which gives you a free transfer to the metro.
