Whether you're living in NYC looking for a healthy "staycation" or you're from out of town wanting to know all the trendy workout spots and healthy restaurants to eat at, our itinerary has got you covered.

Rumble Boxing

Rumble - Flatiron/Chelsea, West 23rd Street, New York, NY, United States

Boxing-inspired group fitness classes. Challenging and fun workout and aesthetically, one of the nicest studios there is. Great to go with friends!

Physique 57

Physique 57, West 57th Street, New York, NY, United States

The #1 barre studio in our opinion. Every instructor is amazing, and the burn and choreography are unparalleled. They have studios in the UES, UWS, SoHo, and Fidi.

The DOGPOUND

The DOGPOUND, Renwick Street, New York, NY, United States

From personal training, to intimate boxing sessions, the DOGPOUND is known as the "Victorias Secret Angels" gym. It's one of the best workouts in the city (although pricier than most) and you will definitely spot some celebrities or models.

YogaSpark

YogaSpark, Duane Street, New York, NY, United States

One of our fav yoga spots for hot yoga. This is one of the friendliest and prettiest yoga studios we have seen in NYC. We love the vibe here and if you're in TriBeCa, we highly recommend it (or making a trip down there for it).

Project by Equinox

PROJECT by Equinox, Mulberry Street, New York, NY, United States

This state of the art studio is the new boutique gym created by Equinox. The classes are taught by top instructors who teach at some of the best studios in NYC. Also free cold brew on tap. Some of our fav classes include: The Sculpt Society by Megan Roup and Patrick McGrath's class.

305 Fitness

305 Fitness, West 8th Street, New York, NY, United States

Prepare for an hour of sweat-inducing, high-intensity, choreographed moves that seemed to be taken straight from the nightclub — DJ included. There's sculpting intervals, and don't worry if you're not a pro dancer - the moves are more cardio than choreo.

Everybody Fights

EverybodyFights, New York, NY, United States

One of our favorite new boxing studios, it offers such a great workout and one of the most "instagrammable" spaces in NYC.

Cafe Clover

Cafe Clover, Downing Street, New York, NY, United States

One of our favorite spots for a healthy brunch or dinner that's a sit down and not grab-and-go. The entire menu is nutritionist approved, and it's a great option when you want to go out for a nice meal, but don't want to over indulge.

Hu Kitchen

Hu Kitchen, 5th Avenue, New York, NY, United States

Casual "cafeteria" style restaurant that serves paleo-friendly food. They're all about fresh, organic and unprocessed ingredients. We love grabbing lunch here.

Freeze at Pressed Juicery

Pressed Juicery, East 14th Street, New York, NY, United States

Want a healthy twist on fro-yo? There are select Pressed Juicery's that contain a freeze bar: froyo made out of their pressed juices. There is no added sugars or ingredients, they just simply freeze their pressed juices and have healthy toppings to add.

Two Hands

Two Hands Cafe, Mott Street, New York, NY, United States

When you're craving an acai bowl, or avocado toast, this is the place to go. They have tons of healthy brunch options, but expect a long wait!

HeyDay

Heyday NoMad, Broadway, New York, NY, United States

We like to call this spot the drybar of facials, as it's young, hip, reasonably priced and dedicated only to facials. This spot is a must-go if you're skin is looking for some care.

Cryofuel

Cryofuel, Canal Street, New York, NY, United States

If you're into (or want to try) cryotherapy or experience an infrared sauna, we really love this place. Great after a solid workout!

Broken Coconut

Broken Coconut, East 4th Street, New York, NY, United States

Not just another healthy NoHo spot, the Broken Coconut is as delicious as it is "instagrammable." You will have a hard time picking your spot to 'gram that coconut-yogurt parfait.

Butcher's Daughter

The Butcher's Daughter, Kenmare Street, New York, NY, United States

By far our fav go-to brunch spot. Butcher's daughter is perfect for those who are plant-based and those who aren't. Everything is beyond delicious, including their fake-bacon made out of beans - a must try!

Westville

Westville Chelsea, West 18th Street, New York, NY, United States

This is by far our go-to restaurant for a casual meal. We are addicted to their Kale salad with chicken/salmon, trust us on this one.

Bandier

Bandier, 5th Avenue, New York, NY, United States

Hands down the best athleisure in the city. If you want to be the trendiest rider in your spin class, head to Bandier to find the latest. They have styles and brands that no one else carries.

Tracy Anderson Method

TA Tracy Anderson Method Studio, East 59th Street, New York, NY, United States

Want an intense sweat + sculpting workout in one of the prettiest studios in the city? Look no further than TAM. The workout is really intense and the room is heated, so be prepared to sweat it all out.

Sweetgreen

sweetgreen, Broadway, New York, NY, United States

With multiple locations around the city, it's hard not to make a healthy lunch choice and pop into Sweetgreen for lunch or a casual dinner. Definitely the best "make your own salad" spot in the city. Their ingredients are fresh and so delicious - we're suckers for the spicy quinoa and sweet potatoes!

Joe & The Juice

JOE & THE JUICE, New York, NY, United States

Our favorite juice spot in all of NYC! Green juice never tasted so good. We also come here daily for their coffee - it's top notch.

SoulAnnex

SoulAnnex, West 18th Street, New York, NY, United States

SoulCycle’s first off the bike studio is here and exclusive to NYC’s flatiron district. The instructors who teach at this modern, candlelit studio are all soul instrucotrs - the classes are typically sculpting and cardio mix.
